May 23 2011 May CFUG Meeting Tomorrow Night!

Hello SeattleCFUG Members!

Come join us as we dig into Object Oriented Programming and work to understand some basic OOP principles and how it can benefit you in your application development. Our own Kris Korsmo will review some basic OO concepts like classes, objects, inheritance, encapsulation, abstraction, polymorphism, coupling, and cohesion - and then step into some examples to see how they might help us in some real world situations.

If you feel like getting a head start, check out some of the suggested OOP links that Brian posted to the SeattleCFUG site:

We will also be covering a quick intro to CFScript and why you should consider a script based approach to writing CF9 applications.

We hope to see you there!
